We aren't Pharisees are we? I think we should count crunches in any direction, full sit ups, abripper x, and 100 of anything that gives us a burn in the midsection.
I'm with maren. I do a full ab workout that includes crunches, reverse crunches, oblique twists and such... it's all working my abs, so it counts! let's remember the purpose here... to develop healthy habits, not be so caught up in the "specifics!"
I'm the one that asked and I'm all for counting a variety of ab exercises, I just want to make sure I'm not easier on myself than others are on themselves. Although I surprised myself and got in 100 full sit ups yesterday.
